The White County Sheriff’s Department with assistance from Carmi Police, arrested 29 year old Justin Pierce of Carmi Monday morning on White County warrants for aggravated battery and false personation.
Pierce was found hiding in a closet at an apartment on Renshaw Street when officers arrived at 9:22 am. He was taken into custody without further incident and transported to the White County Jail, where he is being held on a total bond amount of $7500.
