MT. VERNON, Ill. (May 4, 2016) – It’s that time again for locals to take the covers off their classic cars for the first of many Cruise Nights this summer. The 7th Annual Cruise Nights will begin at 6 p.m. Friday, May 6.
The three-hour event will take place on the first Friday of every month until October in the east parking lot of the Rend Lake College MarketPlace. Hosted by the Kingsmen Auto Club of Mt. Vernon, participants will enjoy a free and family-friendly event.
Refreshments will be served alongside gift card giveaways and discounts at the MarketPlace. A DJ and music will be provided by the Kingsmen and RLC. The event will be held rain or shine.
