The Saline County Sheriff’s Office arrested the following:
On January 29th: Shadrach A. Wiseman, 34, of Galatia for Arson, Criminal Trespass to
Residence, Criminal Damage to Property and Burglary. He remains in the Saline County
Detention Center.
On January 30th: Debra L. Leach, 45, of Harrisburg, on a warrant for Failure To Appear on one
count of Possession of a Controlled Substance and one count of Theft. She remains in the Saline
County Detention Center.
