Carmi officials are advising motorists that roadwork planned for today and tomorrow will close down a city street partially. Workers will be busy at the intersection of 9th and Crebs which will make Herbert Street partially closed, but passable at certain points. The closure will be in effect from 8am – 3pm each day. It’s fairly easy to re-route yourself and avoid the area entirely and WROY/WRUL News advises you do so to avoid any potential accidents or delays.
