Illinois State Representative David Reis recently had the pleasure of receiving a tour of the Norris City Library. Acting Director Denise Karns along with Trustee’s Joe Skaggs and Alice Sutton welcomed Representative Reis. During the visit the group discussed the history of the library, programs currently offered and future plans. The library is located at 603 South Division Street in Norris City. Representative Reis would encourage area citizens to take advantage of such a great community resource.
