Norris City Library Plans Christmas Program for December 12th

Norris City Library will be having a Christmas program on December 12th. Santa will be there at 5:30 PM, Milly Pate will do a craft with the kids, and at 6:00 PM the Peyton Sisters will have a holiday concert.
