The following subjects were arrested by the Mt. Carmel Police Department. All subjects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
On 08/29/2016, Mt. Carmel Police were notified that individuals were smoking cannabis in the area of 1230 N. Walnut Street. Mt. Carmel Officer’s responded and located a Jana R. Blackwood, age 37, of Princeton and Craig S. Fetcher, age 33, sitting in a 2005 GMC SUV. During the investigation is was discovered that they were in possession of cannabis, drug paraphernalia, and suspected methamphetamine. Both subjects were arrested and transported to the Wabash County Jail where they were charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of methamphetamine. Both subjects were held pending the posting of bond.
