The Mt. Carmel Police Department announced Wednesday afternoon that they had concluded an investigation into the sexual assault of two juveniles under the age of 13 with the arrest of a Mt. Carmel man.
22 year old Justin R Bradham was taken into custody shortly after 10am and transported to the Wabash County Jail after being charged with two counts of predatory criminal sexual assault of a child, a Class X felony. Bradham is being held without bond pending a court hearing.
