A Mill Shoals man was arrested Friday morning by Carmi Police for DUI after failing to use his turn signal.
52 year old Tony Staton was pulled over at the intersection Oak and Sixth Streets at 2:12 am. Staton showed signs of impairment and after a field sobriety test, was taken into custody on a charge of DUI drugs, and transported to the White County Jail. He was later released after posting a $100 bond.
Staton was also cited for failure to signal when required.
