The Mt. Carmel Police Department is investigating the report of CRIMINAL DAMAGE TO VEHICLES that occurred early on October 31, 2015. A 2005 GMC SUV and a 2006 Toyota pickup were scratched and all four tires on both vehicles were punctured. The vehicles were parked in the 1000 block of N. Pear Street
