The following subjects were arrested by the Mt. Carmel Police Department. All subjects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
10/24/2017-The Mt. Carmel Police arrested three suspects on drug charges after they were stopped for a traffic violation. Mt. Carmel Police arrested 29 year old Casey L. Boyle of Owensville, Indiana, 43 year old Sharalee F. Hahn of Mt. Carmel, and 55 year old Gregory A. Williams of Carmi. All three subjects were charged with possession of methamphetamine. Williams was also wanted on a failure to appear warrant out of White County. Hahn was additionally charged with illegal transportation of alcohol by a passenger. All three subjects were transported to the Wabash County Jail where they were held pending the posting of bond.
An investigation by the Mt. Carmel Police Department resulted in an arrest warrant being issued for a Tabatha Kell-Cox of Grayville, Illinois. Cox is accused of taking over $3,000.00 from a bank bag owned by her employer, Dollar General. The warrant was served by the Edwards County Sheriff’s Department. Cox is being held in the Wabash County Jail on a $3,000.00 cash bond.
