
After several years of being on the run, a man wanted on serious charges was finally apprehended in Cook County on December 18th.
Harold Artice Ivy was wanted out of four counties in Illinois: Cook, Clinton, Edwards, and White, and Knox County, Indiana. Ivy had an active Failure to Appear warrant in White County for Aggravated Criminal Sexual Assault and Resisting. Over in Edwards County, Ivy was wanted for Aggravated Domestic Battery, Aggravated Battery in a Public Place, Domestic Battery, and Criminal Damage to Property.
In a statement from White County Sheriff Jordan Weiss, the Department had been working in close collaboration with the United States marshals Service to help locate and bring him to justice.
