The Carmi-White County Girls Basketball team fell to Sesser-Valier last night on the road by a final score of 49-45.
The Lady Bulldogs fall to 9-5 on the season. They will travel to Eldorado on Thursday to face the Lady Eagles. Carmi will then travel back to Eldorado on Saturday as they will face Gallatin County in the opening round of the Eldorado Mid Winter Classic.
The Carmi-White County Boys Basketball team will host Edwards County tonight for a Black Diamond Conference battle at McDougal-Evers Gymnasium. Tonight will be the Bulldogs’ first game since December 28th when they lost to Edwards County in the Consolation Championship of the Eldorado Holiday Tournament.
The Bulldogs come into tonight’s game with a 6-7 record as they look to pick up their first conference win of the year, meanwhile Edwards County is 14-5 on the season and they are also looking for their first conference win.
Fans can watch and listen to tonight’s game on 97.3 FM WRUL and the WRUL Sports YouTube Channel. Varsity will begin around 7:20 PM.
The Carmi-White County Wrestling team returns to the mat tomorrow night as they host Tecumseh at McDougal-Evers Gymnasium.
