Hamilton Memorial Hospital is proud to support the health and wellness of our local student-athletes by offering free sports physicals for the upcoming 2025-2026 school year. These physicals will be provided for students of Hamilton County Senior High School and Carmi-White County High School at no cost throughout the month of June at our Hamilton Memorial Hospital Family Clinics.
This complimentary service is a part of our ongoing commitment to the well-being of area youth and is available by appointment only beginning June 2, 2024. Physicals must be completed no later than June 27, 2024.
Please note the following guidelines:
· Free sports physicals are available only for Sophomore, Junior, and Senior high school students who plan to participate in athletic programs.
· Unfortunately, we are unable to offer this service to Junior High or Freshman students at this time.
· A parent or guardian must be present during the appointment.
· Appointments must be scheduled in advance, and you must inform the clinic at the time of scheduling that you are booking a free sports physical.

We encourage families to schedule early, as availability is limited and no free physicals will be offered after the June 27th deadline.
