A 17 year old Hamilton County girl is lucky to have walked away from a single vehicle roll over on South Dahlgren road yesterday. The Sheriff’s Office reports the accident happened just before 10:30am yesterday about a mile northo f State Route 14. The teen’s mom says she wants to thank David Dykstra, Scott VanWinkle and others that stayed with her daughter and helped her get out of her wrecked truck. She says a power line was downed in the accident and it’s scary to think of how much worse it could have been, especially if the young driver hadn’t had others with her to talk to and help keep her calm. The driver was seen for any injury and it’s been reported her CAT scans came back negative.
