A 29 year old McLeansboro man is facing multiple charges. Hamilton County Sheriff records indicate Joshua Lytle was arrested Sunday night and has been charged with Driving Under the Influence, Illegal Transportation of Alcohol, Fleeing & Eluding, and Driving while License Revoked. Lytle was cuffed following a traffic stop in rural Hamilton County near the intersection of County Road 1000 North and County Road 955 East.
Hamilton County Sheriff’s Deputies also made a couple Warrant Arrests over the weekend. 24 year old Kyle D. Edwards of Eldorado was placed under arrest for multiple warrants including a Failure to Appear for Driving on a Suspended License Charge out of Hamilton County. Failure to Appear Warrants out of Saline County, one for a charge of Theft of Labor, Service, or Use of Property and another for a charge of Driving while License Suspended. Edwards also will face additional charges out of White County on a Failure to Appear for Driving while License Suspended. Edwards remains lodged at the White County Jail in Carmi as of Monday evening.
31 year old Felicia M. Rush of Broughton was also arrested by Hamilton County Sheriff’s authorities Friday evening. Her warrant was on a Violation of Probation out of Saline County.
