Grayville Police arrest three over weekend

On Thursday, Grayville Police arrested 37 year old Mario L Toney on an Edwards County warrant for Disorderly Conduct from incidents at the Casey’s and Huck’s stores in Grayville that occurred on Halloween.  Toney was transported to the White County Jail and later released after posting a $5000 bond.

 

54 year old Carl R Raymond of Grayville was taken into custody following a traffic stop on Saturday.  Grayville officers spotted Raymond driving a vehicle at the intersection of N Court and Maple Streets, and knowing Raymond had a revoked driver’s license, pulled him over.  Raymond was also charged with operating an uninsured motor vehicle and illegal transportation of alcohol by a driver.

 

Also on Saturday, Grayville Police arrested 48 year old Bobby Miller of Grayville for driving while license suspended after a traffic stop initiated due to a non working taillight.  Miller was also found to be wanted on a White County warrant for possession of cannabis.  Miller was taken into custody and also cited for operating an uninsured motor vehicle and for a violation of classification for the motorcycle he was driving.
