Each month, Fairfield Memorial Hospital honors an employee who has exemplified outstanding patient care and customer service internally and externally.
Corinne Rodgers, Customer Service Reprehensive at Horizon Healthcare being presented the January Employee of the Month plaque by Liz Molt, CNA, Horizon Healthcare Clinic Office Coordinator.
In January, Corinne Rodgers, who works primarily at the check-out desk at Horizon Healthcare, was named Employee of the Month. Corinne, a Customer Service Representative, is simply exceptional and often receives rave reviews from her patients and peers. She goes above and beyond for her patients and her team to truly make a difference. Her peers would describe her as someone who has a positive attitude, is self-motivated, a team player, efficient, dependable, and very dedicated to serving others.
“I recently received a call from a patient that remembered Corinne by name and took time out of his day to call to ensure I knew how great of an employee our organization had. The patient stated he felt like the service he received was exceptional and that he was treated like family. Corinne consistently asks for extra work and recently took on the duty of scanning medical records to the electronic health record, in addition to her other primary responsibilities at checkout. In addition to her excellent initiative and positive attitude, she is such a great team player. She often volunteers to stay late if a staff member is out sick and is flexible with ever-changing schedule adjustments. I am extremely appreciative of how much she goes above and beyond to serve the mission of our facility,” stated Hollie Barrett, Horizon Healthcare Practice Manger.
