Fairfield Hospital; Employee of the Month




Fairfield Memorial Hospital honors employees monthly for providing extraordinary patient care and customer services within and outside of the Hospital.


In March, Kristina Odom, who works in the FMH Dietary and Nutrition Services Department, was selected as the March Employee of the Month. Kristina has been with Fairfield Memorial Hospital since July of 2015. Kristina always greets visitors and staff with a friendly smile and is always pleasant to interact with in the FMH Café. Kristina always lends a helping hand to her co-workers and jumps in to help wherever she is needed in the kitchen.


“Kristina is always patient, polite and courteous when greeting visitors.  She is a hard worker and has volunteered her time many occasions to help in her department and to help with FMH extracurricular activities. Kristina is a pleasure to work with in the Dietary and Nutrition Services Department and deserving of this award.” stated FMH Director of Dietary and Nutrition Services, April Greifzu, CDM, CFPP.


“Fairfield Memorial Hospital’s Dietary and Nutrition Services Department works extremely hard and diligently in dedicating their time to delivering wonderful meals and service to our facility and to those visiting our facility. Kristina is a dedicated worker and extremely reliable in her department. She puts care in what she does and it shows in the quality of work she demonstrates. We are very proud to have Kristina as a member of our Team of Excellence here at Fairfield Memorial Hospital.” stated FMH CEO, Katherine Bunting-Williams.
