CWC Wrestlers fall to Carterville at Home

The Carmi-White County Bulldog wrestling team welcomed in the Carterville Lions to McDougal-Evers Gymnasium on Monday to begin the 2022-2023 Wrestling Season. 

Travor Mason started the night off with a pin in just 31 seconds at the 113 weight class.

Dylan Ackerman won at the 132 weight class by a score of 7-4.

Trenton Belford received a forfeit at 145.

Easton Sullivan received a forfeit at 152.

Nelson Rider won by a pin in 4:33 at 195, but it would not be enough for the Bulldogs as they would fall by a final score of 45-27.

Carmi-White County will be at home next Wednesday the 30th against Lawrenceville.
