37-year-old Donald Currier of Grayville agreed to a plea deal Thursday in White County court. Currier was arrested in late April after authorities were called to deal with an active physical domestic disturbance.

In court Thursday, Currier pled guilty to the Aggravated Domestic Battery charge and received 2 years of probation and a fine. The lesser Domestic Battery charge was dismissed as per the plea. Online court records show the victim has repeatedly requested Currier to be released from jail and also dismissed an order of protection that was filed.
