47 year old Donald Terrell of Crossville was arrested by the White County Sheriff’s Department on Wednesday afternoon on an Edwards County warrant. Terrell was spotted walking on Route 14 east of Crossville, and was taken into custody at 4:24 pm. Terrell is being held at the White County Jail on a $300 bond.
