Carmi Woman Turns Herself In On White County Theft Warrant

24 year old Katrina J. Madden turned herself in to the Carmi Police Department Tuesday afternoon on a White County Warrant for Theft. She bonded out to $250 cash plus a $20 booking fee and was released.
