On Thursday night, White County Sheriff’s deputies arrested 28 year old Beth Ann McWhirter at her residence on a White County warrant for unauthorized possession of a prescription form. 
McWhirter was taken into custody just before 7pm and was transported to the White County Jail, where she was later released after posting a $1500 bond.
