A 40 year old Sullivan, Indiana man, Robert J. Henico, was arrested by Carmi Police early Saturday morning for Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol and Driving Under the Influence with a BAC of .08 or more. He was taken to the White County Jail where he bonded out to $300 cash.
Mitch Gross of Carmi, reported to Carmi Police Saturday around 7:14 PM, that his Ranger Boat Trailer Registration Plate was missing or stolen. The plate number is Illinois registration #1018NK-TA. Gross stated the plate was on the trailer when he went to a lake in Southern Illinois, but when he returned home to put the boat away, the registration plate was missing.
