Carmi Police arrested 34 year old Melissa Jack of Carmi Wednesday afternoon on a failure to appear warrant out of White County.
Jack was taken into custody at 2:08 pm in the Dollar General parking lot and was transported to the White County Jail. Jack was later released after posting a $575 bond.
