At 7:33pm Thursday night, 20 year old Dusten Delap, who has listed addresses in both Norris City and New Harmony, Indiana, surrendered himself at the Carmi Police Department on a White County warrant for failure to appear on a charge of operating an uninsured motor vehicle.
Delap was transferred to the custody of Jail employees, and remains at the White County Jail pending the posting of a $300 bond.
