Friday afternoon, Carmi Police arrested 31 year old Timothy James of Carmi on a White County warrant for disorderly conduct. James was taken into custody at a residence on Olive Street at 5:53 pm and was transported to the White County Jail, where his is being held in lieu of a $500 bond.
Carmi Police were called to a domestic disturbance at a residence on Burrell Street Friday night. Officers arrived at 10pm, and neither party wished to sign a complaint. However officers did notice two items used to smoke marijuana in plain sight, and each tested positive for cannabis. 32 year old Aubrey Beck and 36 year old Francesca Fischetti were both cited for possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of cannabis.
