A Carmi woman was arrested on Friday evening by City Police at her residence on Stewart Street.
36 year old Kristal McWhirter was taken into custody just after 5pm on a White County warrant. McWhirter was transported to the White County Jail, where she was processed and later released after posting a $1500 bond.
