A Carmi man arrested nearly a year ago finally got a conclusion to his case in White County court Wednesday. 27-year-old Jeronimo Gaspar was charged on April 12, 2025 with Driving having never being issued a License and also having a light out. On Wednesday, Gaspar agreed to a plea deal in which he took a guilty charge on the Driving without ever being issued a license while the vehicle light charge was dismissed. Gaspar was fined and given 6 months of supervision. He’ll be due for a review in court on July 27th.
