In White County Court on Monday, a Carmi man was sentenced to two and a half years in prison for unlawful possession of a weapon by a felon, according to States Attorney Denton Aud.
43 year old Kelly King was arrested March 1st by Carmi Police following a foot chase through Danny’s Pool Room and down Main Street.
King will be under one year of mandatory supervised release following incarceration, and was ordered to pay all mandated fines, fees, costs, and assessments.
