A 20 year old Carmi man, Seth R. Howard is being held behind bars in the White County Jail on a charge of distribution of child pornography. Carmi Police and Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force conducted a search warrant at Howard’s residence, at 632 Elm Street, where he was arrested and transported to the White County Jail.
