Carmi Police arrested 34 year old Randall Flowers of Carmi Tuesday evening on a Saline County warrant for failure to appear on a charge of driving on a suspended license. Flowers was seen walking on Oak Street at 6:44 pm and was taken into custody without incident. He was transported to the White County Jail and is being held in lieu of a $375 bond.
