A 50 year old Carmi man, Steven E. Osborne, was arrested Saturday morning by Carmi Police following a traffic stop, on the Dollar General parking lot, for Driving While License is Revoked, Improper Use of Evidences of Registration, and a White County Warrant for Failure to Appear on a DUI charge. He was also cited for Operation of an Uninsured Motor Vehicle and an Obstructed Windshield. He was taken to the White County Jail where he bonded out to $750 cash.
