A Carmi man is behind bars after Carmi Police responded to a hang up call to 911 on Monday. At 3:21pm White County Dispatch received the call, and sent officers to a residence at 518 N Seventh Street. There they found 28 year old James Tyner, who was wanted on a felony warrant from White County. Tyner was transported to the White County Jail, where he is being held on a $1500 bond.
