The Carmi City Council will meet Tuesday evening at 5:30 pm in City Council Chambers. On the agenda will be discussion of a pay request for Brown and Roberts in regard to an Industrial Drive project. Brown and Roberts will present a timeline of phosphorus reduction requirements from the IEPA for the Waste Water Treatment Plant. Council will consider an IEPA Energy Efficiency Grant and/or IEPA loans. There will also be reports and updates from Mayor Pollard and Standing Committees, as well as business or comments from visitors. A Closed Session will follow.
