The Carmi City Council held the first of their two monthly meetings on Tuesday November 1st, with all members present. First on the agenda was to accept a bid from Keifer Brothers Construction for the Sixth Street Sanitary Sewer Project but was tabled until the next monthly meeting. The board approved Christmas bonuses for employees of the City of Carmi. There were no reports or updates from Mayor Pollard or board members. The Executive Session that was scheduled was also tabled until the next board meeting.
The Carmi City Council will meet for their second monthly meeting on November 15th at 5:30 p.m.
