Carmi Police conducted an arrest at a residence on Sixth Street in the late afternoon on March 18th for Elizabeth Bebout.
Bebout had a White County arrest warrant that was issued back on February 20th for the offense of Theft Under $500. The warrant was a book and release, but Bebout will have her First Appearance for the charge on April 29th at 9 AM.
