Despite multiple parties not wishing to sign a formal complaint, 31-year-old Arwen Ayslworth is behind bars after Sheriff’s Deputies responded to her residence following a plea for help. According to the report, a family member went to the sheriff’s department after an altercation at the Colony West home in which Aylsworth became upset and reportedly hadn’t been taking her medication. An inadvertently slammed open door allegedly set Aylsworth off and the family member said she was attacked prompting the trip to law enforcement headquarters. When officers arrived, they spoke with others in the home who advised they didn’t want to file a complaint; they only wished for someone to help Aylsworth however possible. After coaxing Ayslworth into having a conversation, law enforcement noted that she was making statements that did not make sense. When told she’d be placed under arrest, Aylsworth did comply willingly. She’s been jailed on a charge of Felony Domestic Battery with a prior.
