Thursday morning, the Edwards County Sheriff’s Department, Southern Illinois Drug Task Force, and Illinois State Police executed a St. Louis, MO warrant at a residence on South 5th Street in Albion. There 56 year old Freda Parker was arrested without incident on a charge of possession of a controlled substance.
Parker was transported to the White County Jail, and is being held pending extradition.
