Carmi police arrested 37 year old Bradley Stephens of Carmi following a traffic stop Wednesday afternoon.
Stephens was stopped on Commerce Street just before 2:30 pm and was taken into custody for driving on a revoked license. Stephens was transported to the White County Jail and later released after posting a $150 bond.
