Carmi Police make underage drinking arrest

Carmi Police arrested 20 year old Lonnie Duvall of Carmi Wednesday morning for illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor.  Duvall was taken into custody at 12:47 am and was released from the White County Jail after posting a $150 bond.
