On Thursday night, Carmi Police made an arrest at the Carmi Wooly Wash.
41-year-old Charlie Goff was placed in handcuffs following a joint operation between Carmi Police and Operation 17:2.
Goff was taken to the White County Jail and faces charges of solicitation to meet a child, indecent solicitation of a child, and grooming.
