Carmi Police officers responded to a 911 call Sunday morning at a residence on Oak Street.
Once officers arrived, 33-year-old Robert Forester and 49-year-old Ricky Starnes were both arrested, and each is facing a charge of Aggravated Battery in a Public Place.
During court on Tuesday, the court released both men from the White County Jail. Forester will have a preliminary hearing on November 16 at 10 a.m.; Starnes’ preliminary hearing is on November 5 at 1 p.m.
Then, on Monday afternoon, officers served a Mt. Carmel man with a failure-to-appear warrant for Driving on a Suspended License. Officers took 25-year-old Kyle Windle to the White County Jail. Windle went before a judge on Tuesday and was released, with an arraignment set for November 24 at 9:30 am.
