White County Sheriff Deputies Arrest Two on Warrants

Two men were arrested on Thursday for active White County warrants.
At 10:12 am, a White County Sheriff’s Deputy was dispatched to the Probation Office regarding a Harrisburg native with an active warrant.
Matthew Barnes was placed under arrest in the lobby of the Probation Office for a Failure to Appear for the original offense of Violation of Sex Offender Registry, which happened back in February of 2025.
Barnes appeared before a judge on Thursday and was released, with his next court date set for February 2nd.
Later that day, Isaiah Deem was served with two active arrest warrants in the White County Jail.
Deem was originally arrested in Wayne County and transferred to jail. One warrant is for a Failure to Appear on Possession of Methamphetamine and was detainable. The other was a Clay County warrant for Contempt for Failure to Pay/Failure to Appear.
