An Enfield man is behind bars awaiting an appearance before a judge following a Failure to Appear warrant arrest mid-day Tuesday. White County Sheriff’s authorities arrested 35-year-old Wesley Pierce in Enfield just before noon. In April of 2024, Pierce was arrested for Criminal Damage to Property. Nearly two months later, he was found guilty and sentenced to two years probation, ordered into mental health treatment and to pay court costs along with restitution, and given a 6 month stayed jail sentence. That stayed sentence was revoked in October.
Later, at about a quarter before 2pm, law enforcement was called to respond to the White County Probation office. There they found 29-year-old Jordyn Puckett who allegedly violated conditions of her probation. She was taken to jail where she remains Wednesday morning.
