On Tuesday night, Carmi Police arrested 42-year-old Nathan Egbert.
According to the arrest report, Egbert is facing charges for DUI of drugs, driving while license revoked, possession of cannabis in a vehicle, and possession of open title. Egbert was detained at the White County Jail until he goes before a judge on Wednesday morning.
