Ziegler-Royalton Students Sign for RLC

ZEIGLER, Ill. (May 6, 2019) — Zeigler-Royalton High School seniors enrolled at Rend Lake College last week during one of RLC’s College Signing events. Many of these students have already taken advantage of The Lake’s free Dual Credit program, saving themselves and their families tens of thousands in college costs. By choosing to continue their education in one of more than 100 degree or certificate programs at RLC, these students will save around $18,000 a year in tuition and fees — when compared to the average cost of a public university.

Students pictured are, FROM LEFT; Ashley Arvai, Samantha Samples, Gabriella Bates, Draven Witt, Jacob Cheatham, Bryce Leeper, Hannah Absher, Blake Karas, Jessica Mays, Zachary Staggs, Mariah Myers, Gavin Jay, Aaron Abrahamsen, Lyndsay McGrath and Alex Howell.

RLC has visited every high school in the district for College Signing events. Students had the chance to register with a trained academic advisor, receive an exclusive “I Choose Rend Lake College” tee shirt, and participate in the photo opportunities.
