White County Trick or Treat Fun and Events on the Way

The City of Carmi is hosting Trick or Treat hours from 4pm – 8pm on Friday, October 31^st.  Children and their parents should only visit homes with a porch light on signaling they’re participating.

Additionally, the City of Carmi in partnership with the Carmi Chamber of Commerce will host a Trunk or Treat behind Carmi City Hall at 225 East Main Street from 4pm – 6pm.

The City of Carmi and Carmi Chamber of Commerce would like to take this opportunity to remind area residents about Trick or Treat opportunities in Carmi on October 31, 2025.  Participants include the Carmi Chamber of Commerce, City of Carmi, Carmi Police Department, Carmi Fire Department, Centerville Ripsnorters 4-H Club, White County 4-H, Tractor Supply Company, Carmi Elks Lodge, Roberts and Cook Funeral Home, Wal-Mart, Carmi Animal Control.

There will also be a Fall Family Night at Carmi Emmanuel Church from 4pm – 7pm.  The church is located at 203 Edgewood Lane.  New Beginning Church of God will also host an event from 5pm – 8pm at 401 West Sycamore Street.

In Norris City, the Chamber of Commerce there will host their annual Boo Bash from 4pm – 8pm at West 2^nd Street.  There will be an estimated 9 vendors on site including Vaughn’s Petting Zoo, games, and hayrides as well.  A costume parade will begin at 7pm with a costume contest immediately following.

In Crossville, the Village is hosting a Halloween Party at Tiger Park on Saturday, November 1^st.  Activities kick off at 4pm with a costume contest slated for 5:30pm, hayride and bonfire at 7pm, and a showing of the movie Hocus Pocus at 8pm.  Also available will be free hot dogs and chili.

Enfield is hosting Trick or Treat on October 31^st from 4pm – 8pm with events scheduled at the community center.
