White County Sheriffs Department Serves Warrants Wednesday Morning; Cite St. Louis Man for Suspended License Following Deer Collision Friday

White County Sheriff Jordan Weiss is releasing details from a few arrests over the last few days.  On Friday, November 7th, a deputy was dispatched just before 6pm to I-64 near the 129/130 mile markers in reference to a deer collision.  Upon arrival, the deputy says he took the drivers information which revealed Cedric Patterson of St. Louis, Missouri had a suspended license out of the Show Me state.  The vehicle had to be towed from the scene and Patterson was issued a notice to appear for December 9th in White County Court.

Wednesday morning, a deputy served a White County warrant for Obstructing Justice (Concealed Evidence) while 23-year-old Tyler Spaulding of Norris City was already behind bars.  Spaulding has been in jail since November 4th when he was, according to online court documents, arrested for being unlicensed and operating a non-highway class vehicle on a roadway.

Also Wednesday morning just after 10:30, a deputy was dispatched to the probation office in reference to 42-year-old Serena Dunn having an active warrant.  Dunn was wanted on two separate warrants, one being a violation of probation and also theft under $500 with a prior.  Dunn will remain jailed until she can be seen by a judge.
